I'm an expert in exercise and nutrition, but for years, I struggled with yo-yo dieting and chronic back pain.Â
Even sneezing could trigger debilitating back spasms that lasted for days.
Traditional weight loss programs failed to address the root cause of my struggles, focusing solely on diet and exercise while neglecting the critical mind-body connection.
