I’m Katie Cenkus, a pain recovery and weight loss coach based in Grantham, New Hampshire, and I help women reconnect with their bodies, reduce chronic symptoms, and finally lose weight so they can feel healthy, strong, and confident again.

My approach is different from traditional dieting or medical “try this pill and see if it helps” advice.
My work is rooted in mind-body medicine, nervous system regulation, somatic tools, emotional healing, and anti-inflammatory living.

Why I Became a Pain & Weight Loss Coach

I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels unpredictable. For years, I struggled with headaches, neck pain, and low back pain. I exercised. I stretched. I saw doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists. I took supplements. I did everything “right”, but still felt stuck. I never knew when symptoms would flare and disrupt my entire life.

When pain affects your life, it affects everything. Your energy, your mood, your ability to show up for your kids or grandkids, your hobbies, your relationships, and your joy. It's not uncommon for anxiety and depression to latch onto symptoms. 

And when you have pain, movement becomes harder. You know you should exercise, but every time you do, you know you might have to pay for it later. 

Once I discovered the science of the brain, emotions, the nervous system, and stored trauma, everything changed.

My pain went down.

My anxiety calmed.

I felt like myself again.

Now, I help other women experience that same freedom.

Strength, Movement & Gentle Exercise

You don’t need hours at the gym or tons of equipment to feel strong.

I use Pilates, yoga, low-pressure strength training, walking, and mobility work to help you rebuild confidence in your body without fear.

Reconnecting with exercise in a way that feels easy and light can transform your relationship with both movement, weight, and pain.

Emotional Healing & Nervous System Regulation

Your body stores emotions like stress, fear, shame, grief, past trauma, societal pressures, and perfectionism. Healing the emotional root of chronic pain and weight struggles is the missing piece for so many women.
